"First trip back under the new ownership. Miss the champagne trolley but the service was impeccable (100/100). The food was truly superb with not one miss out of the 6 choices we made. Perfection in the use of seasoning and herbs. Charcuterie selection was wonderful as were the cheeses. AC was a little high for a mid-September evening. However, this was more than made up for by the attention to detail, quality of the food and warmth of service. Waiting staff were well coordinated and extremely helpful. Conversations were meaningful and knowledge of courses outstanding. Chef's were available to diners. Was not rushed, restaurant was about 50% occupied. Valet parking worked well (nicely coordinated with paying). Outstanding experience."
